Stuart graduated from Syracuse University with a BA degree in 1969. After his undergraduate work, he got his J.D. Degree in 1972 from Brooklyn Law School. One of his first areas of practice was in Construction Law and Real Estate working for one of the largest general contractors/developers in Central New York. He helped with the development of malls, large commercial buildings, and residential developments throughout upstate New York, including condominium and land subdivisions.
He is experienced in security arbitration litigation and transactional law including contract disputes and not-for-profit representation. He has served as the Marcy Town Attorney and the Paris Town Attorney. He is currently the Bridgewater Town Attorney as General Counsel and Litigation Counsel for Zoning and Planning Boards and he defends the town’s Real Estate Tax Appeals.
He is also the Oneida County and Herkimer County Examiner of Guardian Accounts reviewing all annual guardian reports for incapacitated persons. He has served as the AAA Arbitrator, a Certified FINRA Arbitrator, Certified Domestic Relations Fee Dispute Arbitrator, and has served on the Oneida County Bar Fee Dispute Committee.
When he’s not preparing for a case, Stuart likes to travel with his wife, Liz. If it’s a summer weekend, you will most likely find them at Lake George in the beautiful Adirondacks. Stuart grew up in Carthage, NY. He has two grown children and he and Liz live in Clinton, NY.

Julie got her B.A. Degree from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1997. She graduated Albany Law School, J.D. Degree in 2000.
She began her career representing children in family court regardng custody and neglect matters. Since she was often in court, she got an inside look at a number of divorce cases. That led to her specialties in matrimonial and family law. Today she brings that wealth of expertise to her clients’ cases.
When she’s not helping clients, you might find her teaching a physical fitness boot camp at the Boom Fit Athletic Center in Marcy or watching her sons play baseball. She lives in Marcy with her husband Joe and their 2 sons Joey and Angelo.

Matt graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland in 2009 with a BA in political science. In college he was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society (Pi Sigma Alpha) and recognized as among the top 1% of student leaders at SUNY Cortland.
He graduated Cum Laude from Albany Law School with his Juris Doctor in 2012. He worked and interned for the Albany County District Attorney, Albany Law School Clinic and Justice Center, Oneida County District Attorney, and the Albany Law School Health Law Clinic. He was also a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant aiding the instruction of incoming students.
He is an Associate Attorney with Finer & Giruzzi-Mosca and is engaged in all the legal services the firm offers. He is currently accepting new clients for those services, including DWI and criminal defense work.
Matt lives in Utica with his Wife and their dog and cat. When Matt's not working, you might find him watching boxing or playing poker with friends. In the summer he’s camping, hiking, and fishing in the wilderness of the Adirondack Mountains.
